I have never had food from this restaurant so the first time was a horrendous experience, I went into the shop and ordered a burger meal. First off I asked if it could be spicy and after they were talking behind my back in their language not realising, I could understand what they were saying So already I was appalled! When I got home I opened up my food and was shocked at the mess I revived! The bun to my burger was mouldy I called the restaurant to discuss this and they would not have any of it I told them I will come back to the shop if they agreed complementary for the inconvieniance and petrol wasted, when I got there they did change my burger however refused complentrg for the inconveniences , yet this was agreed on the phone so I’ve spent roughly the same in petrol as I did for the food to go there and back for the secondly time I had talken pictures of the food already and they said I will not give you anything just leave a review so clearly don’t care how they appear to customers the staff was overall incredibly rude and disrespectful! I won’t be eating from there again nor advise anyone else to eat from there! I work in a fast food restaurant myself and am completely shocked at how they treat their customers!

So the delivery driver was in the street and I went out and asked if he was looking for me, he said no and drove off about 10 minutes later. Another driver was then sent out who was not in my street, left me very rude voicemails telling me I was taking too long however no missed calls appeared on my phone just two voice mails with no contact number, it is a delivery drivers job to contact the customer if they need to which did not happen, and also have a sufficient amount of knowledge on different locations, the same way restaurant owners and staff should respect their customers instead of raising their voices at them. My partner then called the restaurant and whoever answered was very rude and unprofessional and raised their voice at him and then said it was my fault I did not receive my order but how is it possibly my fault when the first driver said he wasn’t looking for me and the second driver was nowhere to be seen. Neither drivers made a real effort to contact me and the restaurant then said they had called many times however no calls appeared on my phone, and the restaurant also said that my number was incorrect but I’ve only recently made this account and I checked my number was valid. Overall, I’m very disappointed as I’m a regular customer here and I don’t think I will be ordering from them again after this awful experience, and I was also not issued a refund or apology.
